I have tried to go without something I think I use to much or have to much of. All of them seem to fail.
There was sugar I went a week without any refined sugars witch was pretty freakin hard. Once you stop it seems like its all over the place everyplace you look.
Another one I stopped doing soda for a month that was not so bad after the first couple days. Im a big diet coke person well my whole family is. On that it seemed ok till I figured I could have one and its been here ever since.
The last one that would be the hardest at least for me is the cell phone. Have you ever tried to go without your cell phone? Not so easy for a couple reasons the texting. Not everyone likes to talk on the phone. Knowing the numbers ever since they came out whats the reason to memorize peoples numbers? The only ones I could tell you without having to look at my phone would be mine, my moms, and my grandmas. Other then those three I couldnt tell you. The last reason its pretty hard is no house phone so there wouldnt be a way to talk to anyone but online.
