So I'm starting this no soda for the month of Febuary scary I know. I've done it befor it lasted I want to say 2 months or at least it felt like it ha ha ha. I thought, I would give it ago again and with all this new study things about soda the most recent one I've read was regular sodas cause this invisable fat to form around your organs thats when the whole if you cant see it how do you even know its there. I feel someone that drinks regular soda as I don't there come back would be "I feel it" after saying this they would wiggle trying to be like santa's jelly stomach or however that christmas song goes.
As for the diet sodas they just make your more prone to diabetes which I know is weird becasue no sugar is in it. Most do have aspartame in them if you just type that in google really fast there isn't really anything good said about it except that its a very sweet substance. I'm just guessing, because I am not a doctor, that is the reason for diabetes.
Since I am in the diet soda catagory my chances for getting diabetes will drop, weight loss, and sleep better. Thats all I can think of right now but all that does sound pretty good am I right?
In the next 28 days we will find out just how hard it is to give up this I pretty much can say whole life addiction. It is one of my earliest memory's well drinking my moms drink. I don't think you ever grow out of that I know I sometimes still take sips and I've seen my sisters do it too.
