Its already been a month since I had my last diet coke. Its a little weird to think its been that long the start wasnt that great becasue of the headaches. But after that it got better I think I've mentioned it before but the falling asleep faster is pretty freakin good rather then laying there for 30 min an hour to fall asleep. With just that it makes me not really want to get back on soda maybe for holidays or when I go out to eat but for sure no more trips to maverik trips for this guy.
Mornings really were not the best at ALL but now I'm not that sluggish sometimes it is I'm still normal and not fond of waking up at 6 30.
I'm probably healthier then I was before becasue I'm not drinking massive amounts of soda and I mean massive it was somewhere between 100-150 oz of it a day. The weird thing is soda (becasue of the sodium) should make your blood pressure go up but mine was always within the normal range. Makes me think I should go see what it is now. It should be lower then normal now right??
So with It being the end of Febuary and the start of March tomorrow I need to have a new thing that isn't good for me to give up I was going to be doing processed sugars but with my birthday being in march I would like some of my cake. So March is going to get rid of me being lazy so thats 31 days of doing active things like going to the gym, lifting weights on commercial breaks, go hiking, swimming ext...
I know it takes somewhere around 66 to 235 days to start a habbit so the working out thing will be about half the average and even if it doesn't kick in to become a habbit I'm sure some of the things I do will stick

Day 23
Well its been 23 days since my last diet coke. Its not bad I did want one today but didn't have one. Nothing has really changed but I do fall asleep pretty fast now. Mornings are still a drag I don't think ill ever get over that.
On another note I made no bake healthy brownies they are nasty. It's amazing how freakin nasty they are, my little sister asked me if it was dirty but that of course was after she tried it. I'm pretty happy I got ice cream its really good its cake batter cookie dough from lovin.
Other things that have gone on work, I finished the hunger games series it was really good now I'm on the maze runner. I got to give two of my friends hair cuts that was interesting somehow they turned out really good. Last but not least I have only like 3 months left on my car till its mine ALL mine!!

Day 8
So its now day 8 as you can tell by the title its not going that good I guess. Headaches sucked big time but i got ib prophen so that made it ok. Still the same weight and my energy level is still I would say in the low area. No gym for me yet a little sad about that.

Till the cows come home.
Oh man the down side of living out in rural area is the cow smell. Once a year the farmers like to cover there field in manure. On the plus side its not hot right now normally it makes it worse. So time to stay indoors or run like a mad man to my car and zoom zoom on outta here.

superbowl sunday
I've never been a big fan of football. Back in high school I did go to a couple games and then some with my grandpa (see byu). Even with that handful of times its never been a sport that interested me. The problem is everyone else seems to be obsesed with it mostly the superbowl. Would anyone like to clue me in on why this is such an amazing sport? everyone makes tons of food and drinks a lotta beer, I'm starting to think its just another thanksgiving just no turkey. The only good thing about it is the commercial and thank you tivo so I can skip right to them.
Thats another weird thing all year do you really watch commercials anymore? I know that I don't I just skip over them, but this is the one time a year everyone wants to see them

Facebook pictures of you vs. food
Has anyone else ever noticed that when you're on facebook and post a picture of yourself ya you get some likes some comments but nothing to crazy. Then you post some type of food any everyone goes bat nuts crazy for it! You end up with tons and tons of likes and comments. Does anyone else think maybe we are caring to much about food rather then acknowledge that other people.

Day 3
So the last couple days have been ok without the soda. The first day wasn't that great it took a couple hours to really wake up but now I've gotten used to it. But I fall asleep so early now! its pretty crazy.
Not sure how long this will keep up the average amount of time to form a habbit is 28 days. I'm going to go a week so 4 more days to see what happens if I'm still just tired then hello diet coke! and other beverages...
