Its already been a month since I had my last diet coke. Its a little weird to think its been that long the start wasnt that great becasue of the headaches. But after that it got better I think I've mentioned it before but the falling asleep faster is pretty freakin good rather then laying there for 30 min an hour to fall asleep. With just that it makes me not really want to get back on soda maybe for holidays or when I go out to eat but for sure no more trips to maverik trips for this guy.
Mornings really were not the best at ALL but now I'm not that sluggish sometimes it is I'm still normal and not fond of waking up at 6 30.
I'm probably healthier then I was before becasue I'm not drinking massive amounts of soda and I mean massive it was somewhere between 100-150 oz of it a day. The weird thing is soda (becasue of the sodium) should make your blood pressure go up but mine was always within the normal range. Makes me think I should go see what it is now. It should be lower then normal now right??
So with It being the end of Febuary and the start of March tomorrow I need to have a new thing that isn't good for me to give up I was going to be doing processed sugars but with my birthday being in march I would like some of my cake. So March is going to get rid of me being lazy so thats 31 days of doing active things like going to the gym, lifting weights on commercial breaks, go hiking, swimming ext...
I know it takes somewhere around 66 to 235 days to start a habbit so the working out thing will be about half the average and even if it doesn't kick in to become a habbit I'm sure some of the things I do will stick
