Day 3

So the last couple days have been ok without the soda. The first day wasn't that great it took a couple hours to really wake up but now I've gotten used to it. But I fall asleep so early now! its pretty crazy.
Not sure how long this will keep up the average amount of time to form a habbit is 28 days. I'm going to go a week so 4 more days to see what happens if I'm still just tired then hello diet coke! and other beverages...
